Yeah Baby, Vegas!

Thanks to Sheri's parents taking the boys for a few days we were able to have an adult get away in Las Vegas.  We met up with John and Sheila and Adam and his new wife Amy.  Seems like we were able to do quite a few things and see a lot in a short time.

Here we are waiting for the Treasure Island volcano to erupt.  A guy with a backpack came by and sold us a couple of ice cold beers.... only in Vegas. 

There's no excuse for being unemployed in Las Vegas.  Really all you need to do is get yourself a costume and stand on the corner.  I don't know how much these people make working for tips, but they must do o.k. because they're everywhere.  Sheri got this pic of Bumble Bee for Caidan.

The newlyweds Adam and Amy.  She's really nice and I think they are a good match.

Some of the gang waiting in line (yes a line) to get into the Pawn Stars pawn shop.  It seems to be a pretty popular tourist destination these days, and since we were tourists, we went.

Me and my girl at the top of the Stratosphere.  Adam & I went on the XScream ride at the top.  I sat in the front seat and I'll admit it was pretty scary.   You can look it up on YouTube, but you're pretty much shoved off the top of the building and left hanging, looking down at the city below.

They have quite the garden at the Bellagio.  We went to the Cirque Du Soleil show there.  It's something Sheri has wanted to see for a long time, so I'm glad we were able to see it.
