Halloween Happenings
C.J. and Collin were both cowboys this year for Halloween. Easy enough, except for getting them to wear the mustaches.
"Why so serious pardner?" Mean ol' Mom, making you wear that hat.
This is just one of the fun things there was to do at a local church event.Caidan didn't realize it until he was safely at the bottom, but the slide was a blast.
Candy for the kids after every game; can't beat that.
Yet another church function, making spider webs with marbles and paint.
Striking a pose just before heading out for trick-or-treating at Grandma and Grandpa's house. Luckily for us the caps that go in the the cap guns were "lost" so at least we didn't have to compete with that in addition to the boys being hopped up on chocolate and sugar.

Looks like a good time was had by all. Halloween not so big here (yet), but girls had a big sleepover party complete with scary movies, popcorn balls, costumes, and a skull cake!
p.s.
I suppose you didn't play any cowboy music for the boys...
Uh... no country music, although I'm beginning to think it's not a bad option from what I get to listen now (Raffi, Wonder Pets, Backyardigans, etc.).
can I quote you on that one day?
