From a Land Down Under

My (now) Aussie cousin Kris and her family were in town for a visit recently. We all went to Torrey Pines State Park for some hiking and sight seeing. Kris and Boris wanted their girls to see one the places they liked to go when they were living in San Diego. Awww.

We really enjoyed seeing them. It's always great to catch up with family. I wish we could've provided better summer weather for them, but the June gloom was still in effect. Beware if you take your date for a hike at this local treasure, you might just fall in love.

Caidan played shy-boy for awhile, but eventually warmed up to his second cousins.
